UNIKA Studio agrees to keep all client information and project details confidential. Clients are also expected to keep confidential any proprietary information provided by UNIKA Studio.
7. Revisions and Alterations
The client is entitled to a specified number of revisions as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions or major alterations may incur additional charges.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Termination fees may apply based on the project's status and expenses incurred.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
UNIKA Studio makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials provided on the website. UNIKA Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the website or services.
